We also offer headache, snoring and teeth grinding relief with oral appliances. As a preventive measure to assist in catching oral cancer early, we are proud to offer Vizilite oral cancer screenings. Recommended yearly, this quick test allows us to see suspicious tissue earlier. If you have gum disease, our hygiene team will treat your teeth and gums to eliminate infection and deter a relapse. Restorative/Prosthetic
You may brush and floss diligently. You may see your dentist twice a year for cleaning and checkups. Still, at some point, you’ll probably need restorative dental care. Teeth go through a lot of stress every day. Cavities, chips, cracks, and even missing teeth are not unusual.
If you have a toothache or you know that you need restorative dental care, Dr. Boeyink wants to help you. We provide composite fillings, which are all-white restorations to correct cavities caused by tooth decay. Our white, porcelain crowns repair teeth with structural damage. Both of these restorations blend with existing teeth for a natural-looking smile. When a tooth’s root is damaged, Dr. Boeyink may suggest a root canal. This procedure allows you to keep your tooth intact, rather than extracting and replacing it. We use gentle techniques and offer modern anesthesia for a comfortable experience.
To replace missing teeth, Dr. Boeyink works with a trusted dental lab that uses fine porcelains and strong metals for lifelike prosthetics. Our office uses only local labs (none of our cases are shipped overseas) maintaining our quality expectations. Tools such as intraoral cameras, chairside monitors, and DIAGNOdent give us the information we need to make an accurate diagnosis.
